was chartered number 12309, October 7, 1922.

There was a second bank in Taft.
The bank printed currency to the
end of the National Bank Period and left ten notes in the census:
two 1902 Plain Backs and eight 1929 Type 2's. Three Type 2's
are $10 notes. The remainder are $5 notes. One of the Plain Backs
is in the Philpott-Moody Collection.
This Type 2 sold at auction in
May 2010 for $345.
