The First National Bank of Weslaco was chartered number 12641 in 1924. It printed currency until the end of the National Bank period.

The census records 23 notes: fifteen 1902 Plain Backs, five 1929 Type 1's, and three 1929 Type 2's.

One Plain Back is in the Philpott-Moody Collection.

This Type 2 sold at a Heritage auction October, 2012, for $381.
